The works comprised of external and internal refurbishment of the existing pool as described in schedule of works, which included demolition of walls remedial work to steel columns and replacing walls. Removal of existing roof and replacing, upgrading electrical and mechanical services. An additional extension was constructed to form an office, it was constructed on traditional strip footings and formed in a block built structure with cavity walls and a flat roof.
