This scheme consisted of the demolition of an existing single storey office building, removal of asbestos materials and the construction of a new timber frame apartment block. The scheme achieved Performance beyond Compliance from Considerate Constructors, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and gained Secure by Design certification.
